Customer Reviews
Good bear, slow personalization
I ordered a personalized jointed teddy bear as a gift for a friend. The quality of the bear itself is really nice, it feels well-made and the joints move smoothly. It came in a nice gift box, which was a plus. My main gripe was the personalization time; it took about a week longer than I expected before it even shipped. Delivery was quick once it was sent out, only 3 days to my house. Customer service was polite when I inquired about the delay, but couldn't really speed things up. Good value for what it is, just factor in extra time for custom work.
Cute bear, easy order
Got a small jointed bear for my niece's birthday. It was super cute! Ordering was straightforward, the website was easy to use. Came pretty fast too. She loved it.
Consistent quality, returning again
This is my third purchase from Getahug, this time a newborn gift bear. As always, the quality was excellent and consistent with my previous orders. I appreciate that their personalized plush toys are always so well-made. Shipping was quick, maybe 4 days to get here. I keep coming back because their bears are just different, not like the mass-produced stuff you find elsewhere. It's nice knowing what to expect.
Perfect anniversary gift!
I bought an anniversary teddy bear for my partner and it was just perfect! The custom embroidered bear looked even better in person than online. The heirloom quality really stood out, and the gift boxing was a lovely touch. It arrived right on time for our anniversary too, which was a relief. I'm so happy with this purchase and definitely plan to shop here again for future gifts. My partner absolutely adored it!
